Linda Brocuglio, REALTOR®

Linda has been in real estate for over 16 years.  She has been buying and selling real estate for more than 25.  Linda has lived in Lincolnton for 20 years, has seen how the market has changed throughout the years and is familiar with how to handle that ever changing real estate market.

Linda understands that, in this field, not only is experience a must, but also communication.  Her goal is to be the best REALTOR® for her buyers and sellers. Updating your clients on the status of a transaction, whether it is a buyer or seller, is key.  It is a stressful time during the buying and selling stage and Linda’s job is to make that go as smooth as possible – stress free.

In addition to Linda’s real estate functions, she was 2020 Lincoln County Board of REALTORS®, Past President in 2019, President Elect in 2018, Century 21 Quality Service Award in 2017, Lincoln County Board of REALTORS® Treasurer in 2017, REALTOR® of the year in 2015, Lincoln County Board of Director from 2011-2014.

In addition to being a REALTOR® Linda enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the States, reading and enjoying the outside.
